For Enterprises

Carrier-grade connectivity, without the six-month RFP.

Enterprise networks in Latin America shouldn't require a full procurement cycle just to get a quote. We deliver the same infrastructure carriers and hyperscalers run on, to enterprises whose business is sitting on top of it.

Everything an enterprise network needs, under one MSA.

You can buy individual services or bundle them under a single managed agreement. Most of our enterprise customers do some of both, such as DIA on the headline sites, SD-WAN to stitch in the rest, with managed NOC services on top.

Dedicated Internet Access (DIA)

Symmetric, dedicated bandwidth from 10 Mbps to 10 Gbps, backed by our 99.99% availability target and 4-hour committed MTTR. Never shared, never oversubscribed.

SD-WAN

Multi-link SD-WAN deployments that integrate with major vendor platforms (Cisco, Fortinet, VMware/VeloCloud, others). Managed deployment available, with optional CPE provisioning.

Private Line connectivity

Point-to-point Ethernet between your sites, your data centers, or between you and a specific cloud region. 10 Mbps to 10 Gbps with optional QoS and CoS.

Colocation

Rack space and power at our carrier-neutral facilities across Mexico City, Querétaro, Monterrey, Guadalajara, Hermosillo, Dallas, Los Angeles, Phoenix, and Ashburn, with cross-connects to Red52's network included.

Managed NOC services

24/7 monitoring, incident response, and change management for your environment, staffed by the same bilingual engineers who monitor our own network.

Cross-border connectivity

Multi-site enterprises operating across the US and Mexico get connectivity that behaves as one network, no public-internet hops between regions, no separate vendors for each side of the border.

Four steps, four weeks to first circuit.

Enterprise procurement varies a lot, but for the standard cases we've stripped the process down to its essentials.

1. Discovery

One-hour scoping call to understand your sites, your existing connectivity, and your timeline.

2. Quote

Written quote within three business days for standard configurations, longer for custom builds.

3. MSA + Order

Standard MSA + service order, executed digitally. Most customers close within two weeks of quote.

4. Delivery

30–60 days for standard routes, faster for sites already on-net. Bilingual project management throughout.

What enterprises ask before they sign.

For sites in our major coverage cities (CDMX, Querétaro, Monterrey, Guadalajara, Hermosillo), 30–45 days is typical. For sites that require build-out, lead time extends to 60–90 days depending on permitting and last-mile construction. We confirm the actual lead time as part of the quote.
Yes, and most of our enterprise customers buy this way. A single MSA with site-level service orders, consolidated billing, unified SLAs, and a named technical contact. Bundle pricing typically lands meaningfully below piecemeal procurement.
Often, yes. If your CPE is on a supported platform (Cisco Meraki/Catalyst, Fortinet, VMware VeloCloud, others), we can typically deploy SD-WAN as an overlay without hardware swaps. For platforms we don't directly support, we'll either provision new managed CPE or recommend a phased migration approach.
99.99% availability target on standard services, with a 4-hour committed MTTR. SLA credits are automatic per the MSA, you don't have to fight for them or remember to claim them. Enhanced SLAs (shorter MTTR, expanded credit schedule) are available on larger commitments.
We deliver them as one logical service. US sites and Mexican sites run on the same MSA, with the same NOC, the same support contact, and the same SLA reporting. The traffic between them stays on our network, no public internet hops between your sites.
Yes. Our managed NOC services extend to your internal environment: managed switching, managed routing, change-window coordination, security monitoring integration, and incident response. Typically delivered as an add-on to a connectivity engagement, with pricing scoped to the environment scope.
